The apartments have been updated since i was there 2 years ago, so i was very pleasantly surprised!! but you would think that if they had done that, then the cleanliness of the rooms would be far better - they were not very clean at all, i actually had to go out and buy cleaning products. That's my only bad thing to say - oh and if you are facing the pool above the restaurant, be prepared to listen to boom boom music from 8pm - 12 midnight (the time i like to nap before going out). << click here to read less |

The hotel was central to the centre, had a really lovely pool which was well positioned in relation to the rooms. The breakfast was excellent and, on 2 occasions, we had an evening meal which was faultless - in quality and price.

If you plan on staying at the Martinique Magalluf be prepared for no sleep and vomit. The hotel seems to allow British thugs to run around at all hours smashing the place up, screaming and shouting all day and night. On two occassions the riot police were called to the hotel and fortunatly we were only there for a week. At certain times within the very early hours we were quite scared, due to people running up and down the corridors banging on everybodys doors and with beer bottels being through onto our balcany and smashing everywhere. i would not go back!!!!!!! << click here to read less |

One day after arrival the rooms got broken into. The thieves stole 400 Euros, #250 and five mobile phones. The staff at the reception did not care. They gave me a number in Madrid to ring and were not helpful at all. I couldn't even get a crime number before we flew home. Therefore, I could not claim on the insurance. Furthermore, I think it was an inside job. We booked four rooms and the only room that didn't get broken into was the room where the key was not behind reception. The staff in the hotel knew when we were out and therefore could help themselves. THIS IS NOT A GOOD HOTEL. On the last day of our holiday this happened to another group of travellers AGAIN in exactly the same way. << click here to read less |

Great pool ; sun beds. Take your own towels as maids only change mon, wed ; fri. Take toilet roll too as not enough to go round if 4 to a room. Food changes every day and is good value for what you pay - tho breakfast is not up to much. The "British Local" is just over the road and they do the best brekkie! Booked this hotel with the impression that it catered for children and families! On arrival, there was no childrens' miniclub or entertainment as advertised. Hotel was full of 18-30 holiday makers and hen and stag parties. Accommodation would be great for singles and young people as offered good value for money, great pool, and was in a good location in Magaluf. Totally unsuitable for children due to bad language, rowdy behaviour and noise at night time. << click here to read less |

When booking this hotel it was on the basis that it was family orientated with kids pool, golf, tennis, kids club etc. I was very disappointed to arrive and find it was full of stag and hen parties. On arrival we were given a welcome letter which stated that any noise after midnight would not be tolerated and offenders would be dismissed from the hotel instantly. At 4 o'clock every morning there was shouting and screaming in the corridors, but no-one dealt with the problem!!! We could not really let our kids go to the pool because of the large, noisy groups surrounding the whole area.
Despite this we had a great holiday and found the hotel to be clean. With only a 50 metre walk to the beach we could escape the roudy groups quite easily. With a guarantee of no stag/hen groups we would return to this hotel. << click here to read less |

I was a little worried about the accommodation prior to arriving as it was very cheap and I expected it to be poor. I had booked it for my hen weekend and was trying to do it cheap. Myself and my friends were very surprised by how good the accommodation was. The rooms were large, clean and had a lot of wardrobe space. The room was clean on arrival but I've marked the service poor as the towels are changed every three day. This is not ideal.

I think the location and running of this hotel ruinned our holiday and the moving of our friends to another hotel, which was 15 mins away, didn't help matters. Which i'm sure you could of tried a bit more than you did to move us to the same hotel!
