Just spent a week in this hotel with my husband and 12 yr old daughter. It was a three star hotel so wasn't expecting luxury, in fact from reading other reviews I arrived with some trepidation. In fact it was a very nice, friendly hotel in a perfect location - the views from the huge rooms are lovely. The food was hot, tasty, and ok, after a few days you feel that there should be a bit more variety, but there was always fish, meat, pasta, salad, chips and bread and with a little imagination you could vary it yourself. The drinks were your normal all inclusive stuff but the house wines were actually very nice. The pool was clean and the pool area spacious. All the staff were friendly and greeted you every time you saw them. The hotel's kids club was excellent (although we did not use this facility) and the team worked really hard to entertain children and adults alike. The entertainment at night was a bit naff but what do you expect - Robbie Williams and Shirley Bassey! Our only complaint was the snacks between meals were not up to much - bread cheese and chips - but if we missed a meal there were not shortage of nearby places to eat. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to any family as long as they accept that it is a very reasonably priced three star hotel so don't expect five star luxury. Read Less

However, we were given a room on the first floor which was looking onto the roof of the hotel & I also had some clothes stolen from the balcony since we were on such a low floor. Apart from that, I have no complaints. The room was very quiet and meals were the usual that you get in Mallorca hotels. It is good for families as the entertainment seemed to be mainly aimed at children. I would recommend going all inclusive. We were half board and the drinks were quite expensive. There is a lot of steps to get down to the pool and the hotel is on a hill so make sure you are fit before you go! Overall, it seems like a very popular place to stay and I would certainly go again. this hotel is great for familys with children, it has a great location with the sea just a short stroll away. if you require a great view then this hotel offers that book rooms 300 to 600 they have a great view. theres plenty of choice of food each day morning full cooked english, pancakes, ham &cheeses ,fruit ect. again at tea time plenty of choice.i wounld not advice this hotel for pleaple with walking problems as its located on a hill but for a 3 star hotel u pay for wot you get. friendly staff great childrens team at night , boring bingo if you like that sort of thing! kids discos and shows every night basic but ok. you can pay extra and up grade to a better room which has frigde, kettle hairdryer and mini bar at (extra cost)with good views its worth paying at reception to up grade. get a free intures card while your there it gives you discounts and extra if you visit again.be prepared to get up early 8am to get you sunbed as they go like hot cakes although your not ment to reserve them?overall great hotel , would go again 9/10 Read Less

Short walk to Magaluf by turning left out of the Hotel and same to Palma Nova by turning right. Take lift down to pool area and you can walk from there right onto the promenade and all the way round the bay of Palma Nova. Lots going on in the Hotel for kids and adults alike. Read Less

Evening entertainment is good if you have young children but not rearly for adult couples.The rooms were cleaned daily and the maids very polite and efficient. All inclusive included snacks at the resturant between meal ties but the resturant was very often closed and locked at these times. When we arrived the receptionist asked if we had been their before, when we said yes we were given a bottle of champagne. We also received a free gift in our room. The room we had this time was better than the last visit. Excellent sea view. 2 minutes to the beach. Staff could not be more obliging. We went all inclusive - food on the whole was good, but always chips on the menu every lunchtime. Definetly would go back again. Read Less

Having just returned from a week at the Hawaii Palma Nova I am pleased to be able to write a positive review. After booking, I came across some mixed reviews so was a little concerned and didn't really know what to expect. My sister and I arrived at the Hawaii about 11am and were asked to return at 12.30 as our rooms weren't ready. We had expected not to get into our rooms until late afternoon so this was a good start. Whilst checking in I asked casually if we had been allocated a room with a sea view and was told in a friendly manner that we hadn't on this occasion. I wasn't too disappointed as I felt that the excellent value for AI couldn't be expected to stretch to a sea view. When we were given the keys to our room we were delighted to find spectacular views over the bay - excellent start! the rooms were very clean and tidy and the whole hotel was immaculately presented with maids constantly cleaning communal areas. The food was varied and of good quality - too much choice. All staff worked very hard and were friendly and helpful. The children's entertainers were absolute stars and deserve a huge pay rise. They worked relentlessly with children to engage them in activities from water sports and team games during the day to singing and dancing at night. The respect that the children had for the entertainment staff was something of a unique sight these days. They held the children spellbound. An excellent hotel representing good value for money. Just had a fantastic week at the hotel hawalli in majorca went for the all inclusive deal - food was good but sometimes not very hot! Kids menu not great - chips and pizza everyday. Great kids club and mini disco. We have a great view looking over the beach. Hotel is literally 2 minutes work to a lovely sandy beach, shops and plenty of restaurants all within 5 minutes walk. All hotel staff very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Definetly would go back. Read Less

The room was large with a very nice and well equipped bathroom and the sea view from the Balcony was great. The situation of the hotel was great for night life as it is at the top of the strip. Having said that, there were no disturbances from 'louts'. the position of the hotel was perfect for navigating the resort and the beach and it felt far enough out not to be disturbed but some how right in the middle of where you needed to be. The hotel had a family feel. After visiting friends at a hotel at the Magaluf end of the resort, I was thankful we had chosen the Hawaii! The only let down was the food. The selection of food was quite limited and the quality was low. Other than that, it was faultless and I would certanly stay there again but maybe on a room only basis Read Less

We could not find fault with the room we were given which had a beautiful view and was very clean. The maids came every day, in general staff were helpful and pleasant. We fould the meals satisfactory especially bearing in mind the reasonable cost. I wonder whether peole complaining about this hotel have realistic value for money expectations. A word of waring though - when they say dinner is served between 6.30 and 9 o'clock, everything has been cleared away by 9 o'clock so you need to be finished by 9. Read Less
