This spacious and elegant hotel was built in 1929 and was renovated in 2002. Guests at the Formentor can enjoy a relaxing stroll in the breathtaking garden which is considered to be amongst the best in the region. The air-conditioned la carte restaurant serves delicious cuisine while highchairs for infants are also available on request. An extensive breakfast is served buffet-style at the spacious terrace which overlooks the bay and the hotel also hosts weekly barbeque`s. In the evenings one can relax at the piano bar whilst sampling freshly made cocktails.

Other facilities available include a 24-hour reception desk, hotel safe, currency exchange counter, hairdressing salon, shops, cafe, lift, a theatre room, and a TV room.
