The hotel was in an ideal position, being close to the centre of Santa Ponsa and within easy walking distance of the Santa Ponsa marina. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the reception staff were excellent, friendly and infornmative. I'd definitely go there again. Read Less

We booked this hotel as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). The room we were allocated (apparently the only room in the hotel big enough for 4 people)was clearly only meant for 2 people. There were 4 beds crammed into the room with no space at all between the beds. In fact, one bed was placed across the bottom of the other 3 beds. It was definitely not suitable for a family of 4 and in addition it was on the top floor, with a balcony, again not suitable for children. The air conditioning in the room was also very poor and so was unbearably hot, especially with 4 of us crammed into such a small space. Because this was the only room in the hotel that was big enough for 4 people, the hotel management were unable to move us to another room. Other than the unsuitability of the room, the food was great and most of the staff were really friendly. The hotel was spotless with a change of towels and bedding everyday. I personally would not go back to the hotel though, even if I was only looking for a room for 2. It just simply lacked atmosphere. Luckily, the hotel is really close to the each so we didn't have to spend that much time at the there! Read Less
