I would have to recommend the grupotel maritimo,hotel is lovely the staff are friendly and the food is spot on.The beach is basically a 5 minute walk ....
The hotel is situated 70 kms from the airport 150 meters away from the long sandy beach of Alcudia which stretches upto Ca`n Picafort. Well connected by public transport which is 50 meters away, this hotel is an ideal base to enjoy the scenic beauty and explore the yachting Marina and Roman ruins.

The ruins of the Roman city walls and amphitheatre are still in existence whilst the beach is the best place for relaxing and having fun. A 9 hole Golf course is located 15 kms from the hotel whilst 300 metres away the resort centre is situated. The shopping centre is situated 300 metres from the hotel and offers a range of shops to choose from.

Rooms cleaned daily, the buffet meals were excellent and the staff friendly. Very much a Hotel for families - lots of Spanish guests - and plenty of entertainment for kids during the evening. The big plus of this hotel though is it's location - literally 5mins to the beach and marina area and away from the main 'package' hotels. Read Less

when we arrived we were given room 825 at the rear of the hotel it was very small with no bath and the noise from the parrot out side gets on your nerves its all day and night so we asked to be movedthe second day they moved us to room 809 it was exellent a much bigger room at the front with a sea view over looking the pool the pool is a lot smaller than advertised the food was average but on market days sun-tuesday it is exellant plenty of fresh fruit Read Less
