the furniture in the apartments was fairly old and typically Spanish, although it was very comfortable. The living area was a little cramped when the sofa bed and the pull out bed were in use, but my boys informed me the beds were comfortable. The kitchen area was well equipped but a little tight for space. Good air conditioning gave the apartments a welcoming coolness after being in the hot outdoor temperatures. The apartments had 2 balconies for morning and evening sunshine and both were equipped with furniture. Linen and towels were changed frequently, more frequently than needed I thought. The location is superb, no see views but everything you need bars, restaurants, pool, beach and supermarket all within yards of the apartments. The reception staff in the hotel were also very helpful. We booked to stay at Daina Apartments on a self catering basis but when we arrived at the hotel Daina to check in and get our key we were offered an upgrade to half board at the hotel for the same price. We immediately took up the offer as we had read such good reviews on this website and others about the hotel generally and the food in particular.
We had an absolutely brilliant holiday and once again, RoomsNet.com has provided superb value for money. Many thanks. Read Less

Extraordinarily noisy. The building seemed hollow and every noise throughout the day and night was magnified. We did complain about the cleaners making noise, slamming doors and dragging items we assume to be beds, chairs etc around when cleaning and the management did address the situation. The front entrance door lock was apparently broken by a guest and this was left to slam all night on what was described as the windiest night of the year. The management were really apologetic and helpful and let us have a free diiner in their resturant to make amends. We suggest that the noise issue be addressed with some sound deadening material to ensure guests will return. Hotel in general, staff etc couldn't be nicer. Read Less
