the hotel location was good, although the waitress during the breakfast were not very good at all. We only found two friendly and on several occassions, we found some of them really unpleasant and very unhelpful if asked for something, eg, can you bring a baby chair to us, she would say, I do not have any, yet we were to the knew she was just lazy... we were given cups without sauces and tea spoons and when we asked for them, she could not hold back but showed her annoyance. Several occassions,we had to use one tea spoon between the three of us (our son's). We ordered milk via room service on several occasion and we never received it, even when we phoned the room service or reception several times. One afternoon we waited for a while to get parking just outside the hotel and we started chatting to two young men who told us they were leaving and parked our car next to them to come out, but funny enough from nowhere a woman quickly drove in to this so called space that we were to drive in to park our car and she said "oh! sorry, I have to park here, because I work here.." how pathetic is that... the only people who tried to speak English were the reception staff, otherwise the rest of the staff that we came across during breakfast, dinner or room service had no clue or practically ignored our requests.
