Hotel is in the perfect location, very close to cathedral and harbour shops many eating places. The Hotel is very clean, bedrooms are a good size and beds are really comfortable. some rooms have views over the pool and others on the front you can see the canal and the harbour in the distance. The bar is on the top floor, it is a good size and lots od nice seats, it offers nice food and plenty of cool beer or wine. Hotel Restaurant has a huge selection for breakfast from fruit,hot food to cakes which is all lovely. The staff in the hotel are all friendly and very helpful. We have stayed in this hotel twice and are going back to stay over Christmas. Hayley and Simon - Durham England - Nov 08

Our rooms were ready when we arrived at 11 am. Lots of space which is a t premium in Palma. Restaurant and bar prices same as town so you feel you can enjoy them without being ripped off! Fantastic views of the cathederal and port from the roof top terrace. Would reccomend and intend to return as soon as possible, 10 out of 10.

The Hotel is in the perfect location for visiting palma, it is about 10min walk to the harbour and Cathedral. The hotel is very nice, staff are really friendly and helpful. Our room 504 was on the front with wonderful views of the harbour and canal. Rooms are very spacious and the bed is huge and very comfortable. Rooms cleaned daily. My brother/girlfriend and baby had a room facing the pool which was also very nice, this room may have been quieter if you have a baby or are a light sleeper (not that we had a problem with noise in ours). Breakfast was very good they have everything you could want. The bar on the top floor is really modern and again staff very friendly. The pool on the roof terrace is ideal for relaxing with excellent views of Palma. We will return again to the hotel. Thanks to everyone in the Saratoga. Mix up with our room allocation meant walking into two rooms which were still occupied! But eventually we were given a large clean room, not yet refurbished but good anyway. The pools looked nice but I didn't use them. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Staff in the Jazz bar were great. The band on the Saturday was very good and the views excellent. Location is good and I would recommend and return.

Like the hotel and the location. My only criticism is that the rooms are a bit basic in terms of devor and the bathroom was old fashioned e.g. shower curtain that fell down whilst we were there. Also the tv didn't work - but this wasn't so important to our stay
