the reception staff were very rude, inefficient and inappropriately aggressive towards me and my friends and many others who stayed and the hotel. one receptionist forcefully pushed me out of the hotel as i asked for the spare key to get into my room and he didnt want to give it to me. The cleaners come in even if you say not to as they dont understand you and/or have no manners. occasionally the cleaners would even come in if you took the precaution of hanging a do not disturb sign on the door knob!
basically try to avoid goin to hotel samos and i will actively deter people from staying there and advise staying in another hotel nearby where the staff may be a bit more friendly. More >> |

Hotel was excellent, in a great location for day and night. Close to the beach and all the bars/restaurants. I think the pool could get crowded in the mid summer seasons as it started to get busy towards the end of our stey.
Only problem we had was on booking. To much hassle to change a day of the holiday so be sure! More >> |

You get what you pay for essentially. The rooms look budget, but do the trick. The food is average, but works. I would suggest half board because not the biggest variety there. The only real issue is the noise at 5-6am when the clubs empty and disrespectful people with no consideration for others party in the halls banging on all the doors. There should be staff members walking the floors to keep the disruptance to a minimum. It's a 3 star...don't go there expecting anything above that. More >> |

can't fault it, good location - right next to BCM but could hardly hear any noise in the night. maybe not the best hotel for families in the high season tho - i know we were certainly not the quietest when getting in at 6 in the morning slightly tipsy! More >> |

OUR STAY HERE IN HOTEL SAMOS WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT APART FROM OTHER GUEST WRECKING ABOUT AND MAKING NOISE EVERY NIGHT TILL AROUND 4AM. IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE YOU WOULD NEED TO STAY ON THE 3RD TO 8TH FLOOR AS THEY PUT ALL THE GROUPS AND ALL THE YOUNG PEOPLE ON THE BOTTOM FLOORS. More >> |

Generally very good. Food a little disappointing, insofar as it wasn't very varied, and the lack of fruit at breakfast was disappointing.
Only other issue was the noise from the younger guests in the early hours of the morning, though the hotel staff were very good in relocating us to a different room. More >> |
