I also booked with you and stayed at this hotel last year, it was therefore a shock to find that smokers (I am one) were not allowed in the entertainment room and were allocated a tiny room at the back to smoke in or had to go outside and drink out of plastic cups - if I had been made aware of this prior to booking I would not have gone. Also there is an issue with the sunloungers that also existed last year - there are clearly not enough as if you do not get one by 8am they are all gone. Other than that the main factor for me booking there is because there are no children under 16yrs - I would be interested to know if there are any other hotels in this or Costa Del Sol area that also have this policy for future holiday this year.
