As it was the end of the season when I visited there was plenty of space and the staff were very helpfull, I would not like to stay there in the middle of the season as queues would be awful especially as German & Dutch (95% of the guests) don't seem to understand the concept of wait your turn. As this was a last minute booking (booked Thursday - travelled Sunday) I didn't have time to research the area. I will not make the same mistake again - if I had wanted to visit downtown Berlin I would have gone to Germany - the only way you could tell you were in Spain was a few of the bars sold sangria & there was the odd Spainish voice amoung the very loud German & Dutch.

All in all good value for money, it is a 3* all inclusive, so dining options are limited to a basement dining room. We ate out everynight in the town and made the evening last as the entertainment at the hotel was pretty awful! There is a snack bar for toasties and hot dogs ect. We had to queue for drinks everytime, but as you can only have 2 per person, it went down pretty quickly.Reception was a nightmare, as there were always people checking in and out, and we only wanted to ask bus timetables! Saying all that, we enjoyed our stay and would reccomend it as a cheap holiday.

Had seen some poor reviews for this hotel, but on arrival we were allocated rooms in one of the villas in the grounds, an ideal location with 2 pools & barbeque/pool bar within 30ft. Another 3 pools all within a short distance. Food a little basic but good quality, & all the staff were heplful & polite. A large complex with a choice of bars & restaurants at various times, with a good selection of drinks (local), 2 per person although this did not cause any problem. Snack bar open all day with the usual selection of chips, burgers, hot dogs etc, but also salad bar, cold meats & cheese etc with a panini press so you could make your own toasties. Lots of germans etc in the hotel, but no problem with us.

The facilities on the hotels are fine and the rooms too. However there was no aircon in the rooms which was a huge minus. The food wasn´t the best for people who think about what they eat. However if you´re into french fries and chicken all day long it´s fine. But my wish would have been more various salads and low fat products at the buffet. Furthermore if you´re not into bad amateur theater don´t choose this hotel, because a very bad group of "acters" show up very loud all day long on the central stage of the hotel making all sorts of very bad entertainment. And I tell you they are bad,very bad.
