Overall hotel was good. Stayed half board. Nice food, full english every morning, cereal, fruit toast and free drinks. Evening buffet had loads of choice, sometimes some food wasn't that nice but with the big chioce they had you could always find someting you liked. Cakes, ice cream, apple crumble for desserts mmmm. Only thing with the evening meal was that the drinks aren't free. Hotel was always clean and rooms cleaned daily. It's a noisey hotel mainly full of young drunk people during peak season. Im 23 and stayed with my lass and other mates and we all loved it. If you'd be bothered by noise on a night time then your probably better off staying somewhere else. We got woke up sometimes (we woke other up at times inal, drunk) but thats what you expect staying in a hotel so near the main strip, no bother tho. Exellent Holiday, would recommend this hotel for anyone after a good time and not bothered about drunk noisey people on a night!

This Hotel is in a perfect Location, just a short walk from Palma Nova and also the Magalluf Night Life and with easy access to the Local Transport. The Hotel is as expected from a Sol Hotel, Clean, with friendly and helpful Staff and the Food here is excellent with a great choice.

First 2 nights were fine then a group of young lads moved in to the room next door. We were woken to very load music bum bum bum at 4:30am and the next night the yobs were arguing in the corridor at 5:00am. We asked to be moved to where the families and elderly couples are but were told no!. We were glad to move out and go home............

We had stayed at this hotel belore and it was a lovely family orientated establishment, however on this trip we were horrified to discover that it had become popular with young people who partied most of the night in the nearby disco's etc and came back to the hotel in the early morning and created mayhem for the rest of us more relaxed and mature guests, we never had one nights peaceful sleep in the eight nights we stayed. All this said the hotel had good facilities (when the yobs weren't there) and very good food most of the staff are very friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location between Palma Nova and Magaluf.

we where wrongly accused of making noise and disruption because we where a young group of 6. we where told to leave and couldn't do anything because they were all speaking in spanish and said that some of us where speaking abuse to the security guard which wasnt true. we didnt have a leg to stand on and where thrown out with no where to go! will not be visiting this hotel again!
