On checking in at the hotel we were advised that there were no available rooms for our party! We were offered several options with other nearby hotels for the first night or a 4 star hotel the other side of Palma in Paguera,but only on half board and not all inclusive as booked & paid for. After some negociation with the hotel receptionist he agreed that we could go to the 4 star Sunna park in Paguera on an All Inclusive basis & even paid for the taxi transfer. So although poor initial service due to overbooking at the Isla Dorada we were pleased with the end result. More >> |
