March 30th 2005 for one week,We were self catering but found the equipement very limited. There was only two rings which took an age to heat up and the kettle was not electric therefor took about 30mins to boil.As there was only my husband and I this was not so much of a problem as it would have been had we had our family to cater for.I approached the manager who happened to be on reception duty at the time only to be told to complain to our travell agent, when I said we did'nt go through a travell agent he said to read the web site.I told him I was offering constructive critisism which might help future guests,on a whole he was dismisive ,rude and unhelpful.I feel the fact that they offer to sell you tickets for meals in their restaurant explains why their facilities are lacking. They were charging 9 euros each for breakfast,if you went out to eat you could have full breakfast for around 4-5 euros. My sister however staying in the same resort but at the Hippo Dunnas Hotel found it very satisfactory she had her husband and two teenage daughters with her.One of her daughters was on crutches at the time but this was never a problem. They were also self catering but had two rings a toaster and a microwave, while they were there the micro wave broke down and there was a replacement there in litrally 5 mins.Excellent service. The resort although promenantly German was very friendly and although, becuase it was early in the season there was a limited amount of places to eat and drink open we still found enough good food.We hired bikes to ride very reasonable and great way to get around. There is also of course the little road train great for getting from one resort to the next as Sa Coma and Calla Bonna are very close by.On a whole we enjoyed our holiday but would probably choose different hotel if going self catering.
