when we arrived at hotel samoa, we were told that they did not have two rooms as booked, they were fully booked and would we mind if the four of us would share a family room. no we didnt mind but thats not the point is it? they did move us the 2nd day. the food was absolutley appalling. so much so my friend had food poisoning for 36hrs which was a shame as we were only there for 3 nights. it was a good job there was a burger king over the road or we may have starved!! bar staff were ridiculously rude and unpleasant. doris on the reception was a star and went out of her way to be pleasant. all in all we had a great weekend apart from few hicups, nice girly weekend, no men no children, HEAVEN.

most staff very friendly&helpfulll, food varied from very good to bland, all parts of hotel very clean but decor very tired in our room, courtesey room provided free of charge was basic but adeqaute. One thing that spoiled our stay was the lack of air conditioning in our room, some family rooms had A/C but at a charge of 10 euros per night put an extra £100 on a 2 week stay, for a family on a limited budget this would be quite a dilema, entertainment was very good and varied, which was thanks to the entertainment staff who worked flat out to try to please everyone. Drinks were better than you normally get on all inclusive holidays and although there was the inevitable queues at the bar, staff were very efficient at dealing with them, overall a very pleasant stay

Just returned from a 5 day break at Samoa.... would highly recommend, it was clean organised and friendly. Great facilities around the hotel and plently of bars and restaurants if you wanted them. Beach was great and sea was lovely and clear and beach was clean with nice beach bar also. Some steps to beach though so not realy suitable for walking difficulties, highly recommend the boat trip on the glass bottom cat and at 18 euros per adult and kids free!!!! you can book outside the samoa hotel across the road. all in all great holiday wonderful weather and deffinatley go back again!!

i have just returned from the samoa hotel in calas de mallorca, this being the third time i have visited this hotel this year, the hotel is spotless the staff are really friendly the entertainment is great, the only let down for me was the food, not really enough choice! the pool area is lovely and the beach is just 2 mins away, all the shops, pubs, clubs and restarants of the resort are just across the road from the hotel, i love calas de mallorca and will be returning as soon as the hotel reopens in may.
