when we arrived, the hotel had allocated our room at the back of the hotel facing the road and not the pool/sea view as requested, when we queried this the reception said that they had not recieved this request, I showed them my copy of the booking with the request stated on it. As all of the rooms were occupied at that time they could only change our room the next day, which they did, we were able to change to a pool/sea view room in the morning with no problem, allowing us to enjoy the holiday. The hotel facilities were excellent, plenty to do for all ages, food was very good, and location was a 2 minute walk to the beach,shops and resturants.

I have been to this hotel on a number of occasions and note that the staff is the same. You get the impression that the staff are doing you a favour as even when asking for drinks no thank you no smile. Regarding the activities. The member of staff was always late, bad communication as to where the activity was to take place hence you sometimes mised the deadline also when you are just about enjoying the activity he/she would say I have to finish now as I have to do something else.
