Hotel was in need of updating but it was clean and the food was really nice. Staff were very friendly and for the money we paid cant fault it. Wouldnt go there on a family holiday, we were on my hen party. Also when we got there they didnt have enough rooms for us so we had to share a room with 4 people instead of 2 for one night, but did compensate us with a free security box.

This is a great hotel if you are going away as a couple of family. There are great facilities for all the family, whilst the kids where in the kids club, I was able to do shooting & archery to name a few things. The entertainment team were great with us all and although it was the same evening programme that is used all over Majorca (IE Grease, Sister Act, Mr/Mrs contest) we still enjoyed it. The food was good and there are lots of different choices at lunch and dinner time. The rooms are not very spacious, but we only slept in them, so not a problem. This hotel is multi national so expect lots of French, Dutch & German holiday makers. We made friends with all different nationalities including English as several of the guests return year on year in. Great pool with a slide and the beach is only a 5 minute walk. If you are looking for a lively hotel for a stag/hen party or just a gang together, this is not for you. Ideal for couples & families.

We are a couple in our mid thirties with no children. Firstly, this hotel is French owned and attracts mostly french people. This was not a problem for us as everyone was friendly and the staff spoke fluent english. The hotel is very clean and the room was great for the money. The pool was nice and the self-service bar was amazing. The food was ok (i am fussy anyway), i really liked the breakfast, was always out exploring at dinner so am not sure and tea looked ok with plenty of variety (i ate chips and salad). Basically there is food available all day. The entertainment was not to our taste! In fact it was pretty poor but on talking to friends who have been on more holidays than myself maybe i am being too harsh. The entertainers worked hard don't get me wrong and the kids seemed to love it! Also the entertainers seemed to work well with the children during the day arranging activities and dressing up doing games and playing. This hotel is really close to the beach, the bars and the shops, so was good for us. Palmanova is really nice it is kept very clean and there is plenty for young and old, couples or families. The people were very friendly and welcoming. We went at Whitsun so it was quite quiet i would imagine it gets busier in peak season! So, if you have a family and want a cheap break this hotel is ideal. If you are in your twenties looking for action you may go out more than stay in the hotel thus not using the AI to the maximum. Couple will also enjoy.

The facilities of the hotel were about average for 3 star hotel, rooms cleaned daily but balcony only cleaned once in the week that we stopped. The bathroom was very dated in appearance, never having been refitted since the hotel was constructed (pink suite with pale blue tiles). The tap water was discoloured due to sediment in the pipes so you had to run it for a few minutes before you could use it and even then was not totally clear. There is always a large number of french in the hotel and some of the staff didnt speak any english and some only spoke french (not even spanish!!). Food and bar facilities were average for all inclusive but you only had small plastic cups for any drink. Smoking is allowed only in your room and outside - there is no undercover area to smoke. The pool was well maintained with a lifeguard on duty from 1030- 1830hrs. There were no bar or drinks facilities after 2300hrs even if you were willing to pay.
