this hotel is great value for money for its 2 star rating . good resort location close to everything clean and tidy if somwhat dated in certain areas.staff friendly. large pool area in sun allday.we stayed half board breakfast great full english(real sausages) plus usual continental fare.evening meal great salad selection,fish course,plus 3 other mains also plenty of choice for dessert,house wine 6 euros a bottle !we think its a great choice out of season dont think we would go in summer as one of the tour operators is attracting youngsters to the club scene in magaluff which will bring the obvious problems

great hotel very central in palmanova, breakfasts plenty of choice, fruit juices and coffee and tea. had a twin room, very clean . we asked for a room overlooking pool and thats what we got, once again a no hassle hotel booked with roomsnet. keep up the good work. janet g

You get what you pay for here. Room was very cheap for 2 people for a week and was presented clean on arrival which is teh main thing for me! It also included breakfast in teh price and the breakfast buffet was quite good (cereals, sausages, streaky bacon, fried eggs, toast and juices/fruit etc.) If breakfast is not included it costs 6euro and id say its worth that too! We dined in the restaurant one night 12euro per person and that was also good witha decent selection (not brilliant but good).. the hotel bar was quite big and service was good. The pool area was fine. Never too busy and relaxin enuf. Any time I was there there was no annoying activities and people were left to get on with it. The hotel IS actually within 2 minutes walk to the beach at Palma Nova (encase you are doubting teh 70metre claim). The only real complaints I would have with the hotel is the water in the bathroom ran brown and took about 2 minutes to comes through clear (but shower was good pressure and always hot). Also the rooms are very small so unless ur organised and are well packed it might be a bit of a nightmare (I'd say there's teh bed with about 2 to 3 foot walkin space all round and that's it). I wouldnt slate the hotel at all really. As I said we got what we paid for and more, when ur out drinkin and landing back at all hours all you need is a bed really...

excellent value for money.couldn't really find any fault with hotel or staff.i would however advise that during summer high season this hotel does cater for 18-30's so can be very loud and rowdy almost 24 hours a day.go spring or fall and you won't be dissapointed.

Excellent value for money hotel. don't be put off by negative comments posted on web sites. rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful and food is also very good. we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday especially for the fact that we paid very little for our hotel stay. worth every penny!!

this is the second time we have stayed at the don bigote and we were as happy this time as the first. The cleanliness is second to none and although the rooms are basic they are comfortable and well cared for. The staff are friendly and the food is excellent, you would not want for anything at either breakfast time or dinner time, there was an excellent choice and everything was well presented we shall definately reccommend this hotel, just a couple of minutes from the beach and promenade and only 20 mins from airport. Fantastic! Although the rooms were alittle on the small side you could not fault the price. The breakfasts were brilliant and the location great. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend in the sun. I'm sure I will visit this hotel again.
