The ratings i have given are for the hotel Gala because when we arrived at the hotel can pastilla it was closed and the taxi driver read a note on the door saying to go to the hotel gala. The letter was in spanish so we would have had no chance of understanding it, we had to pay a little extra to get to the hotel gala! To be honest the taxi driver said the hotel can pastilla was no good! but we can not comment on that hotel because we did not use it.We must had been lucky the can pastilla was closed because The hotel Gala was good and we enjoyed our stay. It would have been 'nice' if you had told us before we left UK that this hotel was closed!! Fortunately we understood the VERY poor, almost unseen notice in the very dirty window, that told us to go to the Gala Hotel around the corner, with the help of a local taxi driver!! Not over impressed, but hotel wa OK for one night, which was what we wanted. I would like to praise the helpfull girl at reception in Gala.
