Barcelo Ponent Playa was an excellent hotel in a lovely setting-our room was close to the water and we could hear the waves which was really soothing. The meals were pretty good, on a couple of nights our choices were not quite to our taste but there was quite a variety so you would not go hungry. The dining room was nice and clean and staff very efficient.I felt a bit isolated at Cala D'Or as to go to places of interest it was quite a distance although the resort itself has quite a lot going on.A good quiet ,stress free holiday.
