having read the reviews on trip master i was a little bit apprehensive. when we arrived the receptionist was not very helpful as my mum had booked via a different company because she booked after our booking. she had asked to be located on a low floor as she has a phobia of lifts, he was very dismissive and almost shouted " madam, its august we are full" he was not willing to look at her paperwork or review the situation the next day. we were worried by now that the comments on trip advisor had been right. the dining room staff were ok some were friendly some were not, the chamber maids were all friendly, the bar staff were superb, the entertainment was not great, we went out most nights but if you had small children and had to stay in you would have been a little bit bored. the sun loungers were not that comfy but we managed to get one every day but only because we got up every morning and queued until the rope was removed from the pool at 9am and then it was like a charge of people all vying for position. the room was great the airconditioning was very efficient, overall a great holiday and well worth the money More >> |
