we arrived at the hotel on a firday afternoon to find that when we had thought we had booked 5 sea view rooms we actually only had 2 as the hotel not the company ahd double booked-they did however offer good compensation for us in ways of a fridge and safe and free drinks which always goes down well with a hen party. the hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were pleasant. the food was very basic but to be honest we expected nothing more in a hotel and planned to eat out anyway. the location was very good right on the beach and on the main street in magaluf so very good i would def return to this hotel if i return to the place

We found the staff very nice and the food was very good some evenings and other evenings were just okay There was a serious lack of fresh fruit but otherwise there was a good selection of everything. The breakfast was very good every day. We had a great holiday and we would definitely return. Brian Carol and Marj from Dublin

a very disapointing stay, when we arrived our room was not a sea view as we had requested (and paid £10 a night extra for) after 2 nights stay they manaaged to move us a room with one in the flamboyan building. the food was ok, with quite a wide choice at breakfast, but certainlly a more mediterainian theme- which the majority of guests are. sun bed are layden with towels from 8am, however there owners appeared about 4pm to lay claim to them. as a final insult on our last day, a knock on the door at 11.00 with a woman stating ' you leave now? this now my room' charming! the girl at reception was very appologetic and seemed genuinely sorry, when we came to have a shower before leaving we asked for the key to the shower rooms(from our useless receptionist from the first night) only to be told that we would have to wait half an hour which evetually turned into an hour. booking a taxi was a joke so we ended u dragging our suitcases up to the road and hailing one from there- certainly not what i expect from a four star hotel!

We arrived very late in the evening, midnight and were still able to use the facilities in the bar after a very quick check in even though we were not the only ones to arrive. The staff are frieindly the food adequate but not inspiring. The locality is spot on between the Magaluf and Palma Nova localities a short walk to either location. The hotel is spli in two buildings and we were lucky to stay in the main building Flamboyan, some had to stagger bcak to the other building. Restaurant and bars are in Flamboyan with a great terrace leading out from the bar and overlooking the bay. Perfect to chill out on.

The hotel is fantastic. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The view from the sun terrace is unbelievable. It is situated on the beach and the beach is beautiful. 100% value for money, if you are planning a stay in Magalluf go here you will not be disappointed!!

The hotel had a fantastic terrace bar area over looking the beach. The view was worth the money we paid to stay. Nice beer. No cocktails available on the all-inclusive package and the food was poor. Overall the hotel is in a great location with a decent pool and good enough beer and shorts.......which is exactly what we went for!
