Hotel was in a fantastic location, we had room 432 which was very large with 2 bedrooms ideal for the kids. the hotel pool was small but never over crowded as the hotel is right by the beach via steps. our only 2 complaints would be the bedrooms have no airconditioning and it cost us 44 Euros to hire fans, the second was the restaurant we were told we had to go onto second sitting which was 8pm ok unless you wanted to out, and the food was the worst food we have ever tried we gave up after a few days and paid to eat out making it expensive as we had already paid for all inclusive!

our stay was excellent for the price ,we could not fault the service and staff were very pleasant and helpful. The position of the hotel has lovely surroundings and close to the shops and beach. THe hotel was spotless as was the cala dor area.Food was good with a choice for everyone. This hotel is trying its best for a 3*hotel. People must remember this as it is good value for the price you pay.
