this hotel is at the top of a very steep hill, via road or alot of steps. although the rooms were clean they were rather small & could have done with a fridge, as to get a cool drink during the night vending machines in the entertainment area of the bar lounge had to be used. not enough staff in either the pool bar or the lounge bar & would rather chat with spanish clients than serve. decent amount of choice at the bar but had never heard of tia maria or coffee liquer.the resturant was rather small with few individual tables the majority were set out as butlins hotels in the sixties ( in lines ). the food very basic & reminded me of the food served in 2 star spanish hotels at the onset of the package holiday in the early seventies. finally where ever this hotel gets its three star rating from, god only knows, as the only time it sees three stars is when the are in the heavens More >> |
