stayed at the belvedere for the 2nd time and loved it, the hotel is spotless, food is lovely, the choice of snacks around the huge pool are great and lots to choose from, we went with a 13 yr old and a 17 yr old and they found plenty to do, with lots of activities throughout the day & a show everynight. the entertainment staff work very hard and do a great job and are great fun. cala mayor itself is very quiet but the hotel provide a free shuttle bus that runs every half hour into palma nova and brings you back to the hotel. goin back here in october for the weekend ..... cant wait. chow baby choooooow!!!!!

The hotel was plesant but some of the hotel staff seemed miserable and not helpful. There is no air con and only a ceiling fan in the room, however you can rent a fan from reception for 19euro for the week. The food was ok, if not a bit repetitive but there was no selection of fruit. The pool area was fantastic but there were long queues for drink and food and there wasn't enough staff on during the day and at night. All in all holiday was ok, and would at a push visit again just for the pool.

first trip to this hotel unfortunatly will be our last staff were all miserable and made you feel unwelcome never saw one of them smile or say hello to guests,restuarant was dirty had to clean glasses and cutlery which you had to get yourself,dirty tablecloths where staff shook bits of food on floor and reused tablecloth for next guest,cockroach also seen running around.Towels were changed in room daily yet never made up beds and never got a linen change in the week we was there,nothing round the hotel had to go into parma nova for some nightlife.On the plus side the pool area is second to none big pool and plenty of room for sunbathing,overall wound not recommend this hotel.

Just had a five day break at the Belvedere Hotel very nice place could not fault the cleanliness, beds were made & towels changed daily. Food was very good apart from the snacks around the pool. I have only three complaints about my stay and that is the staff never smiled, the hotel was at the top of a very steep hill & once you had made it down the hill the small town that awaited you had very little to offer. Other than that it was a bargain for the price we paid. Thank You.
