my daughter cut her foot in the swimming pool on the first day it was quite a nasty gash i told the reception they said the pool man already knew about it there was glass in the pool they didnt tell anyone to get out of the pool. i told the pool man again he was trying to fish the glass out with a net .in the end he brought goggles from the shop next door and got in the pool to see if he could see anymore glass that day three children cut there feet .surley they should have drained the pool or informed people there may be glass in the pool.

We found the hotel very nice. Our room had great views across the bay at Palma Nova, but the sun never shone onto our balcony and the room was quite cold. This was especially noticable on the first 3 days of the holiday when it rained constantly, the room did have air con\ heating facilities but when I asked if they were available I was told no. Apart from that everything was fine we took this break to celebrate our silver wedding and to our great surprise received a bottle of bubbly and a basket of fruit on the said date. These apts are really great for bieng close enough to the nightlife without bieng noisy. The only thing I would advise is these apts are not suitable for the elderly, infirmed or those with walking difficulties as they are located on quite a steep hill, but other than that they are highly recommended. this was by far the best view we have ever had!! the studios were clean and quite big for the price we paid we couldnt have been happier. they were in a good location.five minutes to the beach and nightlife but just far enough away not to be noisy at night! we will deffo be going again in the near future.
