great hotel for familys with the kids club on from 11 to 1.00 and again from 3 to 5.00pm..there is a large separete kids pool which was great.there is intertainment on at different times of the day for all ages and adults..rooms were cleaned and towels changed every two days.food in the hotel was nice and good value..hotel staff were very friendly and spoke good english.walking time to spanish square was about 5min and about 12 to 15min to the main beach(town)..the next time i return to santa ponsa i will be staying at the bouganvilla..over the 12 days i was there i had no complaints or problems.overall a great hotel..again great for familys...
