While using the sink in our bathroom sick came up through the plug hole, then up into the bath, the smell was terrible and we had to wait till the next day before we could change rooms after much hassle from the reception staff! The Sky TV broke on our first night and we was not fixed for 6 days! When I called the reception and requested clean towels I was told to come and get them as they would not bring them to us! Food in the buffet restuarant I would not feed my dog, all the breads were stale, food was cold and we were not able to tell what certain meats were! We had a huge spider in our bedroom which came out at night to feast on us! I had 3 large spider bites. Over all not going back there again!

The hotel was in a good position, right on the beach and a short walk to the centre of all the bars. You could hear some noise from the street at night but thats to be expected in Magaluf. The rooms were really spacious and clean with great views of the beach from the balcony. The pools were a good size and were kept clean. Really good accomodation in all for the price we paid. Everyone who booked on the holiday was happy with their room.
