The hotel is very well kept with extremely friendly staff. The rooms are well kept and have everything you need in them. We had one overlooking the pool with a balcony which was really nice. The pool area is lovely and well maintained and the cleaners came in everyday. It is only a short walk to the centre of town and the beach and the area is pretty quite and away from the main roads. I would recommend the Flora if you don't want anything too fancy or expensive as it is well worth the price. We didn't get to see any entertainment and not too sure what it is like for children but we were not bothered about staying in so was perfect for us as a couple. A+

The Aparthotel Flora was in a fantastic position, within minutes walking to the beech and the centre of Puerto Pollensa. Our apartment was cleaned every day, the maids done a fantastic job. Pool was clean and warm and safe for children, the pool area was quite small but as we went in September it was not too busy so it didn't really affect us. Restaurant and Bar served a good choice of food. Entertainment of an evening was quite good. Their was one incident where we had booked a trip through the hotel, but unfortunalty on the day the coach did not come to pick us up. The hotel had forgot to inform the company we had booked a trip and admitted it was their fault, we was upset as our 3 year old was looking forward to Marineland. Anyway the hotel apologised refunded our money and gave us a free trip, which was much appreciated. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone the facilities in the apartment are great, and we had a fantastic holiday.
