The hotel staff were rude and totally unhelpfull. The food was awfull and the unbranded spirits undrinkable. Our first room was infested with ants moved to apartment for additional 20 euro per day, this was not cleaned, only bath towels changed. Two mass fights broke out in pool area as no security avialable to stop locals gate crashing facilities. Be warned stay away.

The hotel was very basic with the food being very average and the amount of people in the hotel was to much the pool was always full so we could not enjoy a swim as a lot of the children was a bit wild the rooms were to small with no air conditioning making it unberable i would not recommend this hotel to family whom want a bit of class and peace. I stayed in the Viva Sunrise in Alcudia last year and that was also a three star which had a lot more class about it i would rate this hotel a 2 star and no more i will not be returing there again. The area was lovely there is not alot to do but enough the beach was really nice but small.

Just back from Club Cala Romani and I can only give one fault - and that is the lack of Air Conditioning in the Rooms. Heat was extremely high in the rooms. However, as for the rest of the Hotel, I could find no fault at all. The whole of the hotel and all areas are spotless clean. Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels changed daily also. Huge selection of food which is very varied. Lots of entertainment and loads to do for the kiddies. The pool area is second to none and is great for kids of all ages. Lovey playground and private walk down to a sandy cove directly from hotel. Given the price we paid for All Inclusive, this Hotel represents great value for money.

We are just back from a 2week holiday in Club Cala Romani, Calas de Majorca with our twin boys-2 year olds. This place offers good value for money and is very good for the kids. Ours were a bit small to join in with all activities from the kids club but there is a playground, swings, plenty space to run around, 4 swimming pools, (1 for the very small kids) and they really enjoyed the mini-disco which is on every night. The place is clean (cleaning ladies come every day and change towels, tidy up, change sheets, staff are very nice,obliging, they try their best to keep the place nice and tidy, food was good, had a good selection of meats, salads, pasta,pizza, desserts, fruits evey day, cant complain, cant fault it. It was the beginning of the season so it was not crowded, just nice and relaxing. The beach is just 7-10 min walk and its very nice. Weather wasnt always great but this is nature, cant predict. We got few cloudy days and some showers therefore the water in the pools and the sea was a bit cold. The resort itself is very small, has few bars and restaurants so its not for the young and lively that are looking for a great night life, its very good for families with kids. We went All Inclusive in Cala Romani and were very satified with the service, very good value for money as I mentioned before. I agree with all previous good reviews about it. I think people who complain about this place must be very facy. I would definitely go again next year.

The Club Cala Romani is excellently situated in a nice resort. The food was excellent and staff very courteous. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels left every day. Because we arrived early in the season, the Kids Club hadn't yet opened but the entertainment staff provided a mini disco every evening and provided some entertainment, games etc during the day. All in all, we had a great week for a very reasonable cost and would recommend the Club Cala Romani to anyone.
