we asked for cot wasnt there first night but, to be fair was there second night, kitchen light wasnt workin but same ,next day did, door surround was swingin away from wall(been obviously broken into)ant infested but wasnt a prob (apart from child bein bitten on shoulders and neck) no probs apart from aformentioned bellevue is ace, for famlys which is why i mentioned all what was not right (it is an excellent venue if you not fussy)

Reception staff wee aerage. However changing of towels, room cleaning and bed changing etc did not happen when it should have and only happened after we asked a few times. Location was excellent with the complex being in a livleypart of ALcudia with lots of brs/restaurants and entertainment around. Paricularly good was Luna Grill, just across the road from the complex.

Booking service very efficient as was running of appartments. We went early in season before easter so some places closed but beginning to open before we left. Porto Alcudia is a family resort. The eating out places were not to our liking as none were authentic Spanish. Lots of Pizza places etc. Also as expensive as eating out in England, if not more so. Wonderful scenery, clean beaches. Porto Polensa worth a visit but expensive to eat out. Buses very efficient, clean, cheap and on time! We used public transport throughout our trip. Virtually every one speaks English but we enjoyed trying to use the language and this was appreciated by most locals. Would use this company again but perhaps in a different resort.
