We had only book for a two night stay and were upgraded from a one bedroom standard to a two bedroom superior room. Value for money was excellent, with already discounted price through RoomsNet. We visit Pollensa frequently and I would definitely use this accommodation again. Cannot comment on what the standard room would have been like - although I understand that it does not have the same facilities i.e. air conditioning/warm air unit. If you want somewhere cheap, clean and within walking distance of the main Puerto Pollensa town, then this is ideal. In the winter the resort is very quiet and you are restricted on choice of restaurants and shops etc; and the supermarket below the apartments was closed at this time of year. However, the local restaurants such as Ikebanas and Tolos are good places to eat in and Trotters Bar is open from 6pm-11.30pm every evening. << click here to read less

A nice welcome when you arrive, re-assuring that your needs are taken care of. At times a little noisy at night, but that is Mallorca is general, they seem to collect empty bottles at 1.00 in the morning!!!The appartment is sufficiently kitted out, but if you really are going to go self catering, you would need to buy a lot more stuff, cheaper and nicer to eat out, all the restaurants nearby serve great food, and the hotel is great value for dinner as well. The weather was pretty awful, but I think it was unusual, usually you get by with plenty of sunshire in the first week of October.
