I had read before that the staff at the reception were suppose to be friendly and helpful...i thought the complete opposite also the cleaning lady broke my perfume bottle of Ultra Violet that was only new and placed it back on my bedside locker all smashed and broken...no apology or explaination given by hotel.
Hotel was in a noisy location also but suited us.
All in all the hotel was ok but the staff rude and not helpful in the slightest More >> |
