The hotel itself is oldfashioned but nice, the staff is exteremly lovely and helpful, and they offer very nice meals. However, the street in which the hotel is located is very dirty, we met a lot of cockroaches when walking to the beach... About a block away, the neighbourhood is neat and clean. Probably due to the apparent conditions the hotel is very cheap an therefore it was full of (mostly drunk) German youngsters who were extremely rowdy and the police was several times called during our stay.

we were very disapointed in the food found the breakfast was very poor didnt seem to cateter for the english more continetal evening meal was ok but sometimes not very warm but the staff were very freindly bedroom very clean towel changed everyday and reception staff very helpful.

hotel was v clean staff were v friendly & reception staff v helpful and friendly. my husband and i went at a time when the hotel was full of oap's - that was a bit disappointing - as the entertainment was solely catered for the more matured person ( we didnt realise that the oap's holidayed earlier into the season) the resort is beautiful plenty of bars and restaurants with good quality food at reasonable prices the beach is beautiful, only complaint is that everywhere on playa de palma is catered for german tourists - would go back again later into the season - maybe with a few friends! 24/04/08

the hotel is an older 3*property the hotel is clean the food is good unless you are a meat and two veg only person. the staff are all very helpful & pleasant. dont expect 5* surrondings for the very good value 3* price.english are in the minority at this hotel which is a pleasant change. i would book this hotel again if only for the good value.
