I can recommend this hotel; all written about the hotel was truth.
The only small disadvantage I had is that not many people there have spoken English (not only in the hotel but in whole Madrid).
I am foreigner too but was expecting a bit more flexibility with English specially if Madrid is a capital town. However this was a very small disadvantage to what the hotel and surrounded area offers.
Internet on each room is excellent idea and very helpful to enyone who has to carry a bit of work with them.
Thank you others who have recommended this hotel as I would not choose it without their recommendations.
Madrid is a beautiful town, who wants to visit it only for pleasure three days is more than enough to see some Museums, Galleries etc. Five days is ideal.
Public transport seems to me very well organized.
I had difficulties to find the Tourist Information but once found it; lot of leaflets and advices was given to me. Well done to them.
Enjoy Madrid

Hotel was generally good, although the rooms seems to vary in standard. Friends of ours paid the same but got a much brighter and airier room. Be careful in the surrounding area, especially on the tube as pick-pockets work the area - there are signs up in the hotel warning of this, but I didn't see them until it was too late.
Despite this, I found that it's good location and easy access via the metro to the city centre makes it ideal for a city break when wanting to explore what Madrid has to offer. Read Less
