We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and had to change rooms 3 times, no real compensation was offered, except a charge for the use of the room safe was waved (I have never known a charge for use of a safe before). The gym, consisted of a room with a few exercise machines in it, a cold sauna and jaccuzi which could not be used. The reception staff were polite but not very helpful, and did not communicate with each other, so one spent alot of the time repeating things. On the whole the holiday was marred by the quality of the hotel. I got the impression that the rooms were changed around so quickly that no maintenance could be completed in any satisfactory way.
