The staff working in the hotel were very helpful. The location was five minutes walk from the main street in Madraid and there was a metro and taxi rank right outside the door. The rooms were cleaned well everyday. It did get a bit noisy on one night of our stay but that is the only problem that we had. It was definately worth the price and I would book there again if I was going to Madrid

The night porter speaks no English and got very grumpy when we couldn't manage to ask for our key in Spanish. Everyone else was helpful and didn't not mind speaking in English to us. Very central location and smashing bar across the road for breakfast. Walls were a bit thin and a fair amount of street noise so take your ear plugs. Was very handy for the Tribunal Metro Station and loads of shops etc within in very easy reach.
