The staff were very helpful and informative. The room was spacious, included coffee making facilities and a small fridge. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were an excellent bonus. My son enjoyed the pool and it wasn't too far to walk to Disney. I have no hesitation in recomending this hotel and will definitely stay there again. << click here to read less

The outside of the hotel looks great- like a castle. Inside though the room was basic and 2 star. It wasn't high on cleanliness- although the staff made up the rooms daily. The fan folded towels and toilet paper seemed like a nice effort to make something out of nothing. The room we stayed in smelled awful when we came in- like heavy stale smoke even though we had requested a no smoking room. The hotel was quite unremarkable, but staff were friendly and price was reasonable and location good. Would I use again? Probably not given the wide choice of hotels in the area.
