On arrival poor service by the doorman. Failed in accomodating easy access to unload our luggage. Incorrect details held by reception resulting in giving the wrong information to my friends and family re my staying at the hotel. Inconsistent procedure regarding the breakfast vouchers on what could be obtained,causing embrassment,unwillingness of one particular colleague in the cafe to provide a satisfactory service this was addressed with the assistanct manager. Unwillingness to provide us with a cup of hot water claiming that there was none available. But yet there was a service provided if one was to pay.
