We were overall impressed by the Sportsmans Lodge L A with the exception of the service of one of the hotel female receptionists, she had the attitude of i couldn't care less. We arrived quite late after travelling from Las Vegas, we went to the patio restaurant where we had a very nice meal but the were closing as it was 22.00pm. We wanted a drink and asked the hotel receptionist if there was anywhere we could get one, her reply NO. The next day we found out that there was another restaurant attached to the hotel that also had a bar that was open until 01.00am, which we used the bar and restaurant for the rest of our stay and have to say the quality of the food and the service there was second to none ,excellent. We also asked the same receptionist if we could keep the same room as we had added an extra day stay to ourvacation the same response NO, she told us we had to move as the room was required for a family we were a family of 4. We packed our cases up the morning we had to move to be told by a very nice male receptionist of course we didn't have to move if we were happy in that room we were welcome to stay.
