This hotel could not be faulted. It is idealy located for Disney and local restuarants. The reception is themed and is very welcoming. The staff were very helpful and informative. The room was spacious, included coffee making facilities and a small fridge. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were an excellent bonus. My son enjoyed the pool and it wasn't too far to walk to Disney. I have no hesitation in recomending this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was great being just across the road from Disneyland. The outside of the hotel looks great- like a castle. Inside though the room was basic and 2 star. It wasn't high on cleanliness- although the staff made up the rooms daily. The fan folded towels and toilet paper seemed like a nice effort to make something out of nothing. The room we stayed in smelled awful when we came in- like heavy stale smoke even though we had requested a no smoking room. The hotel was quite unremarkable, but staff were friendly and price was reasonable and location good. Would I use again? Probably not given the wide choice of hotels in the area. Can't fault the staff though. 5 out of 10.
