The bathroom in our room was very small in that you could only have 1 person in at a time or you could not open the door. The location however of the hotel was very good. Read Less

Exellent hotel in a perfect area, easy to walk to everything! The staff are very friendly and service oriented, and they always have umbrellas for the guests use during their stay - very handy in London. Given how expensive London is everywhere, I was quite please to find this hotel had very reasonable weekend rates, including a delicious full English style breakfast. Would definitely want to stay here on my next trip. It is worth getting the king size bed instead of the queen, the room is a lot bigger for only a little more. Read Less

The front desk staff were very brusque and unhelpful. Four twin bedded rooms were booked and only 1 had twin beds, the other 3 had to have their beds separated - something which housekeeping had still to do when we went out at 7.45pm. Rooms were too warm and air con didnt seem to work in one. However, the breakfast was very good! Read Less

I booked a room for clients at the Westbury Mayfair, only to have them turned out as the hotel had over booked. The best they could do was a room in Hoborn and wouldn't even pay a taxi to get there. They were also barely civil to our clients during all of this. I was/ am furious with this hotel and will not recommend it to anybody. Read Less
