Temperature of bedroom was perfect and beds comfortable .
I would certainly stop here again .
Continental breakfast only critisim as no butter and no narual yoghurt . All staff were friendly and the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere. Read Less

The hotel is good-looking and the welcome good. But I asked for a quiet room and was given a room with an adjoining door to the next room (locked). The room was beautifully sound-proof, but not the adjoining door. Next door were 2 men with deep voices in full discussion at midnight and then much later into the night. Reception offered no more than an apology over my (very) broken night's sleep and a request that I'd phoned them when the problem appeared so they could 'do something about it'. But I hadn't wanted the men to be asked to be quiet - they were only talking and were clearly suffering from jet lag having come from America (I could hear virtually every word!) It was simply that the adjoining door meant the room was not quiet if there was any noise at all from next door. Read Less

The hotel was very big and well presented with gorgeous art work in the reception and the large bar area. Drinks were quite expensive at the bar but you did get plenty alcohol in each drink. Great location - 1 minute walk from Victoria station. Checking in and checking out was made as quick and easy as possible with very helpful and professional staff. I would definatly return. Read Less
