When we arrived the hotelteceptionist didn't know where we could park our car and told us to ask at another hotel. We were parked on a place of residents only, but we didn't know. Result after 5 minutes a 60 pounds fine. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room; not even two cups or glasses to drink some water after brushing our teeth. The carpet was very dirty. The beds were not cleaned, only made up. After tehe second day we didn't have any towels. The satellitetelevision was of a very poor quality, so was the reception of the canals. Read Less

Hotel was a bedsit not a hotel, the facilities were very poor and the free breakfast is not even worth commenting on. They would be better not providing this and trying to concentrate on tidying up the rooms although with the amount of money spent on breakfast it is probably not worth it. I certainly will be discouraging peple from going to this hotel. Read Less

The room was clean, I found the bed very comfortable. We could have done with a tray with a kettle, and tea-cups and a few tea bags. We were also missing a remote control for the tv (which had no buttons either, so we could not change the channel or alter the sound) There was a sort of punch hole in the bathroom door, the shower and toilet were clean though.
The breakfast was lovely, and the staff were helpfull, even telling us where we could park our car nearby.
Excellent value for money. Read Less

i would not stay at this location again, i do not know how you can offer this hotel for bookings. my reasons:
1. the walls had durt marks
2. the carpet was dirty and pulled away from the wall
3. the tv buttons were broken and we could only watch one channel, the volume button did not even work
4. the hall way carpet was old and wrecked, the carpet had type to hold it together
5. we were put in on the 4th floor and there was no lifts.
6. the table and tv was full of dust
the only clean thing in the room was the pillow
do i need to say any more?
