++ Good service, clean room.
+++ Kind staff and management!:)
+--We didnot like English breakfast (matter of taste), no fruit.
- Small room at 5th floor (the attick) with small window looking out at the back. Room rather warm (while outside 15d) and there was a heavy load of colchas that we couldnot put in a drawer.
+ OK for a few days.
- Renovations going on on our floor with plastic covering the carpet in the hall. Read Less

On arriving at our hotel at 11.30 am. we were informed that our room had been flooded the night before and there was no more available. We were told to come back in the evening and they may have it sorted. As our stay in London was only 2 days, this was not acceptable. The manager went searching on foot for a another hotel. We were redirected to anotther hotel after more than an hours wait. This hotel was very poor quality and not up to our expectation. Because of the short stay involved and the very poor weather at the time we decided to put up with the situation. Why did the hotel managament wait until we arrived to do anything if the room was flooded during the night. This happened in a recently renovated hotel as per the website. We were left dissapointed and disheartned by the situation. Read Less

The room was clean enough and had everything that we needed. However, the bathroom was very small and I would advise that anyone with a mobility problem not to stay here as there was not much room to manoeuvre! If like us you just wanted a base to put your head down at night at a slightly cheaper price then this hotel does the job and the bonus is that you get breakfast in the morning. Read Less

The bathroom and toilet facilities were very poor and because of its construction very smelly.
Breakfast was akin to a cattle market with patrons literally fighting for somewhere to sit.
I would only stay here again if forced at gunpoint.

Non smoking room not available on request so my clothes stank of smoke within minutes of using room. Bathroom compact and shower space not very easy to use for the larger person. Shower however was excellent, powerful and hot. Breakfast ok but queue for toast unacceptable, get more toasters. Overall the room served its purpose but didn't impress. Read Less

The twin room we were provided with, had a pre fabricated bathroom, which had been fitted into a corner the room. The facility was clean and operated fine. But the was a larger step in and out and was very confined. We were not impressed. It reminded us of aeroplane toilet therefore it was appropriately name our in-flight toilet. Read Less
