We got two rooms, one double for my husband and myself and one twin for our two sons (18 and 21). While the twin room and bathroom were large and roomy, our double was barely bigger than the bed. The bath was also very small, with a shower only, and no room to put toiletries anywhere. Having said that, we didn't spend much time in the hotel and the location was wonderful: near a tube stop, near two Starbucks, walking distance to The National History Museum, the Victorian Museum, Hyde Park, and Harrods. Room Cold/heating not on when I arrived at midnight.Bathroom very small.One had to sit sideways on the loo to avoid the handbasin.
