The rooms were small, basic and very pokey with aweful views. There were no table lamps, comfy chairs. The 6inch TV was sitting very high up on a tall cupboard containing the drinks cabinet. The room were unsafe with a step down into the room as sson as you opend the door. The lounge area was extremely small and looking tired. Read Less

not the room shown on the picture on the internet infact nothing like it. A very basic room very small tucked away at the very back of the hotel. Heating did not work the whole weekend and was reported to the reception who said they were going to fix it and didnt. The room we were given had been allocated to a guest who had stayed before as a card, chocolates and a free bottle of wine were left for the arrival of this guest. The hotel were aware that our stay was for our anniversairy, as they wished us happy annivairsary when we arrived at reception so you can imagin my discust to find the card and gifts were not for us and someone else.
If this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel the person who handed out the stars should be shot....!!! Read Less
