The hotel room was small and pokey, the double bed, barely a double! Really not good value for money. Myself and my partner have stayed in many hotels across the country and value for money really isn't here, whether this is the case with all london hotels or not i do not know, but really i wouldn't reccommend it unless youre quite petite! This is the smallest double room I have ever stayed in and would not recommend a standard double room for two adults sharing. The room was also unbearably hot and just two floors above a junction so that leaving the windows open wasn't an option. Read Less

THIS HOTEL IS LOCATED RIGHT IN THE HEART OF LONDON , I HAD TO GO TO THE AMERICAN EMBASSY, AND THE STAFF WERE EXTREAMLY HELPFUL IN DIRECTING ME, AND IN GETTING TAXIS FOR ME. Apart from a few very nice staff, most of the staff were very rude and impolite. The Restuarant Manager was extremely rude, nasty and racist and should be fired along with the room service waiter who was extremely rude and harrassed me and my partner by phoning me in my room frequently. I expected much better service from a 4 star hotel. You'll have better service in Fawlty Towers. Save your money and visit another hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. I recommend that no one visits this hotel. Read Less
