Great value for money ! Don't expect the Ritz but the rooms are OK if a little small. Breakfast fine and plenty of it. Problem with no hot water in the morning but that didn't spoil our stay.
A few smiles from reception would have created a completely different atmosphere but they just seemed so miserable. Read Less

Sheets on bedding were not changed or made-up for several days during our stay-i.e. the bedspread was just pulled up over the sheets underneath. When we were getting in bed for the night and pulled the bedspread down, the undersheets were ruffled and obviously were not made up. Read Less

This hotel was clearly a mistake and I highly recommend not staying here. The accomodations were unclean (sawdust covered all of the carpeting from construction goin on) The stairs were used as temporary hangers for drying room towels ans the facilities were comparable to that of a poverty stricten 3 world country. I found the staff and accomidations very appauling. There are many much better hotels surrounding this hotel that are far better in value but expect to pay $55-65 pounds for them. DON'T GO BY PRICE ON THE PEMBRIDGE PALACE HOTEL!! Read Less
