-overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom was deplorable
-bathroom door was almost impossible to close and if you were lucky enough to close it it was practically impossible to open.
-unexplainable stains on the ceiling of the room.
-DO NOT RESERVE A TAXI FROM RECEPTION a man will show up in a regular sedan with no actual license what so ever. To top it all off we thought it would be great to take a photo of us and the cab. That idea shot to hell.
-the area is great and its proximity to the Paddington Tube station (literally a 2 minute walk)
-Read on a web site recently that they where planning to bring the hotel to a 4 star standard. I don't know when they are planning to do this but at this stage it seems wishful thinking. << Click here to read less

3. How do I get my money back? I guessw I have to pay for one day because we took showers.
4. Lights were out iin the halls
5. The carpet was old and faded
6. They did have 3 single beds per room so that was nice. They did have an elevator. They did have the rooms for us. The bathrooms were tiled and clean and good. So I can say a few good things about this hotel. << Click here to read less

It was ideal for a one night stop over, but would not want to stay there for a weeks holiday.
Well situated and excellent value for money, staff friendly and helpful.We will certainly use it again .

we booked two double rooms and were "parked" the first night, in twin noizy rooms.
for my next reservation, if Niki hotel is still in your file, I'll use anotheragent to book.

This hotel is for travellers on a budget looking for a one night stay between arriving in the UK and continuing to their destination. The rooms are tiny, the beds are uncomfortable (but clean), the heating system is erratic but the front desk staff are very helpful, the included English breakfast is very good and the location could not be better. << Click here to read less

We had three nights booked in the Hotel, but when my wife had looked at a few of their rooms, we decided to leave.
